So Philadelphia is considering a $10 million investment to make the entire downtown of the city a Wi-Fi hotspot. Seems like a terrific investment to me- free access will bring more people, more businesses, more growth. Fred thinks that "WiFi should be public infrastructure like roads, bridges, and tunnels." Will New York follow, or is hundreds of millions of dollars to build a West Side stadium for a single professional football franchise a better investment?
