As my friends in the GOP will confirm, "Bully!" used to mean something else entirely in the Republican Party. Now, it means campaign thugs who beat up bloggers. Rough up journalists who ask difficult questions. Tough guys all. They're so tough, except when it comes to one thing. Putting on a uniform.
